1. When will my order be processed?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Orders placed before 11:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed after 11:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.

Tracking details will be sent to your email automatically once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 6 business days after placing your order for the tracking number to begin updating.
7. Can I change my shipping address?
Yes. You can request an address change by contacting us at support@cevosy.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
After dispatch, we cannot guarantee any address updates.
8. Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@cevosy.com.
If the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
