📦 Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed before 11:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 PM EST begin processing on the following business day.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

📬 Order Changes & Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • If you need to update your address, email support@cevosy.com within 24 hours.
  • After dispatch, we cannot guarantee address changes.
  • If our system flags an issue with your address, we will contact you within 3 business days.
    If no response is received, your order may be cancelled.

⏳ Delivery Delays

While we work hard to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier backlogs
  • Weather or transportation issues
  • Customs processing (international shipments)
  • Address verification issues
  • High seasonal volume

These delays are outside our control, but we will assist you as best we can.


🚨 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the courier, it is no longer under our control.

If your package is lost or stolen:

  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • Email us at support@cevosy.com with your order details.
  • We will help follow up with the carrier and may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
  • Lost or stolen packages are not eligible for refunds, but we will support you in resolving the issue.
