1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:

  • The item must not be intentionally damaged or misused
  • All included accessories/components must be returned
  • You must contact us before sending any item back

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate any return, please email:

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • A photo of the item (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.


3. Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect → Cevosy covers return shipping
  • For all other reasons → customer covers return shipping

We do not accept any returns sent without approval.

5. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to complete the posting.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t seen your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank

7. Exchanges

We replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, email support@cevosy.com with your order number and photos of the issue.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations follow the standard 30-day return process.
